Renting and Booking Schedule
We rent the house by the week with changeover day on Saturdays. You can arrange lettings via the 'Vrbo' (formerly 'Homeaway'), or "Nature House' websites or directly if you prefer. Using 'Vrbo' or 'Nature House' may give you (and us) more security. Nature House is a similar portal offering more sustainable villas etc. The links to 'Vrbo', and 'Nature House' are below.
The pool is opened at beginning of May and closed at the end of October, and that is our 'Summer Season'.
The rental fees, if booking direct, are:-
Summer: 1/6/2025 to 31/10/2025 £1650/€1800 per week
Spring, Autumn and Winter (2025) £1250/€1400 per week
We will not be taking any bookings for 2025 until the New Year.
We take care to ensure that the house is thoroughly cleaned between guests, and there is no ‘handover’. There is a key safe to enable you to enter without meeting anyone. We do not know whether Covid will be a problem in 2024 or not, but you can be assured that we will do whatever is necessary to ensure that the house is prepared and ready to meet any regulations that may be in place at the time.
The rental includes all linen, including beach towels for the pool, incoming and outgoing clean, and a weekly change of linen and quick clean through. A welcome basket is provided, as are sufficient basic toiletries so there is no need to panic if arriving after shop hours. No deposit is required, but you are expected to pay for any breakages. An English-speaking local agent is available for any queries or problems.
